Quality Assurance

Assurance of ongoing quality and continuous improvement and client satisfaction is important for Perspecktive Ltd.  We are registered with CQC and subject to unannounced inspection on a regular basis. In 2016 we had our first inspection  and achieved an overall Good mark, we are also an ISO 9001:2015 registered company through the QMS.

All the service packages provided by Perspecktive Ltd are subject to our Quality Assurance  process through out its life. This process includes spot checks from senior staff, yearly consultation surveys to parents, service users, and staff on a regular basis.

The use of the surveys are important to ensure we maintain and provide  improvement in services and are a vital measurement for internal performance. We continue to monitor services through various methods of supervisions, team meetings and  provide staff support system where possible.

We work under NHS, Solihull, Warwickshire and Coventry local authority’s framework. This is only achieved through the completion of vigorous tendering process and it is subject to quarterly and annual assessment of service delivery and reviews.

All staff are trained to achieve the standards  set by CQC, and refresher courses are held regularly. We have both inhouse and external training provided by certified trainers.
